Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The wrong product was delivered
• The item is damaged or defective on arrival
• The packaging is unopened and the item unused

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used thermal rolls or A4 paper
• Items damaged by misuse or negligence

3. Process:

• Email info@bestsupplies.co.za within 7 days with photos and order details.
• If approved, we’ll arrange collection or advise return steps.
• Once returned and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
